THE SHIRT RANGE:

The shirt range explores a wardrobe staple, traditional shirts with a twist. Many designers regularly feature a shirt within their seasonal collections combining traditional elements with the themes within the main collection, giving the customer a designer edge to their work to weekend wardrobe.

SHIRT 5 TIE SHIRT

This shirt features a draped Tie detail at the front The traditional elements are a front placket opening, back Yoke, a set in shirt style sleeve, with tucks and a cuff placket and fitted wide cuff.

A simple pointed Collar completes the look. However, the pattern can be made with just a Collar Stand.

The Shirt version features a traditional deep box pleat in the back. For the Dress version the back has waist tucks for a more fitted silhouette. Either of the back finishes could be used for both versions.

What’s included:

  • Fully illustrated booklet;

  • Paper pattern.

What you’ll need, based on size22:

DRESS VERSION

  • FABRIC 370cm based on a width of 140cm.

  • 15 x 18L Button.

  • FUSING 70cm based on a width of 90cm.

SHIRT VERSION

  • FABRIC 315cm based on a width of 140cm.

  • 13 x 18L Button.

  • FUSING 70cm based on a width of 90cm.

Full costing for all sizes on various fabric widths featured in the booklet
