• They suggest, pillow cases, cotton t-shirts for lining.

• Must be breathable.

• Elastic, thin to fit through channel at ends. approx 25cm to go around ear. More if wanting to go around head. Could replace with a tie if you done have elastic. Can be bought here

• Nose Wires and Rubber adjusters can be bought from the haberdashery
