Terms of Use

Orders

Shipping & Delivery

  • Due to Covid-19 some shipping terms may not be applicable. We will be sending out orders less frequently to reduce the amount of trips to the post office and time spent there. Your order may not arrive as quickly as you may usually expect. We can not advise on the length of time overseas orders will take to arrive, however we’re still able to ship worldwide.

  • We will use various Royal Mail Tracked or Standard services to send all orders.

  • We ship internationally using shipping costs which are calculated by weight and size according to Royal Mail zone rates.

  • Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address, including full postcode, if it is not the same as your billing address. If your order does not arrive due to this error we can not be held responsible for extra costs incurred.

  • If you select "Standard" shipping (rather than "tracked and signed") we can not be held responsible for the whereabouts of your order after it has been shipped. If you're overseas (outside UK) we advise you select "Tracked and Signed" so you can be aware of the location of your order at all times, using the tracking number which will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

  • We can not provide you with any tracking information if you have selected “Standard” shipping, for anywhere in the world, as Royal Mail do not provide a tracking service with Standard shipping. Choose tracked if you want to locate your package.

  • The choice of shipping can not be changed after your order has been sent out.

  • Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order, up to 21 if you’re outside the UK. However, we aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. Possibly longer during holiday periods.

  • We will let you know when your order has been despatched via confirmation email.

  • If your order is returned to us by the post office for any reason (unable to deliver or incorrect details) we will resend you your order but you will be responsible for any additional costs.

  • If the country you're in has specific taxes and charges we can not be held responsible this payment.

  • We will not issue refunds for lost parcels.

Returns

  • Strictly NO refunds on PDF patterns

  • If there is a problem with the pattern or you have changed your mind, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase (original email or receipt).

  • Only applicable on patterns bought through the website and not from another stockist or location.

  • Returns can not be accepted on patterns that are not in a resalable condition i.e. opened or damaged patterns. If the envelope is damaged from being opened this will not be accepted. If the Pattern has been taken out of the envelope and opened out we can not accept a return of this item

  • Please contact us via email as soon as you wish to return an item to avoid delay. And we will inform you of details of the return address.

  • If there is fault to the product please get in contact immediately to discuss the problem and if you're unhappy, you will be offered a replacement or a full refund.

  • We can not be held responsible for damage during transit.

  • You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to a product fault or error on our part. Then the original shipping cost will be included your refund total.

  • Refunds will take up to 10 working days, from when the item has been received and checked by us.

  • You will be refunded to the original method of payment. We do not offer credit notes.
